Wouldn't let us use the pool in the middle of summer, in august. Our room was cramped with a bunk bed shoved in. No hand towels provided for the bathroom. Wifi didn't work. The bar was never staffed and when you managed to get a drink, the wine was old and they poured mixed drinks under the bar so you couldn't watch (they tasted very weak too). It felt like the staff hated us, they were very grumpy and angry any time we asked a question. No honey at breakfast for tea, no butter for toast, and no plain croissants. The location is beautiful and the building is gorgeous but it was not an enjoyable stay at all.
Hotel workers were so arrogant and uneducated, never even smiled, breakfast was so bad, no even butter or corn flakes bowl, they never changed towel during the house keeping inspection. Receptionist was shouting because we wanted to get a …

Did not have a good experience with this resort. Not enough blankets. They didn’t change towels through the entire stay. A lot of bed bugs. Mattresses weren’t good enough. It is a little away from the city and no good wifi was provided. You would have better options in this tariff.
A fantastic almost 'hidden gem' in Tuscany. The rooms were well appointed, clean and bathrooms were spacious. The views from the restaurant are also well worth seeing along with the great food and wine. Staff were super friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend staying here!
Building is showing its age, but at least its cleanness remains. Room lighting is terrible! I was booked for a single room..ended up with what appears to be a cramped family or multi-person room. Also, it's out in the bushes. Thankfully, they have their own resturtant. I'm not sure there's anything/anywhere else to eat for miles, so take note
Good rooms. Nice open space. Far from Florence city. Very less variety in breakfast...
Only stayed the one night. Was on a bus tour arrived after dark and left early in A.M.
Staff came out and met tour group. Checked us in very quickly and had staff to show us to our rooms. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Breakfast was very good also.
